Project Setup
Create a new property, define the project scope, and configure the systems being deployed.
Building Digital Twin
Build a digital representation of the property, including buildings, floors, units, amenities, entrances, and shared spaces.
Floor Plan Management
Upload floor plans and map units, doors, devices, equipment, and common areas to their physical locations.
Integration Setup
Connect access control, locks, thermostats, cameras, entry systems, parcel systems, PMS platforms, and other supported technologies.
Hardware Selection
Choose the approved hardware and integrations required for each part of the project.
Device Inventory
Track every device by property, location, model, serial number, status, and installation assignment.
Unit Configuration
Define the locks, thermostats, sensors, switches, and other devices assigned to each apartment.
Common Area Configuration
Configure entrances, elevators, amenities, parking areas, cameras, access points, and shared building systems.
Access Control Mapping
Map doors, readers, credentials, access groups, schedules, and permissions across the property.
Smart Home Configuration
Configure in unit locks, climate controls, lighting, sensors, and supported automation.
Network and Gateway Setup
Assign gateways, hubs, controllers, and network infrastructure to the areas and devices they support.
Installation Planning
Organize the work by building, floor, unit, system, installer, and deployment phase.
Mission Installer Sync
Synchronize the project with the Mission Installer mobile app so technicians can commission and activate devices in the field.
Commissioning Progress
Monitor installation progress, device activation, testing, failures, and outstanding work in real time.
Testing and Validation
Confirm that devices, integrations, credentials, automations, and system communications are working correctly before handoff.
Project Handoff
Complete final documentation, review project status, resolve outstanding issues, and transition the property into active Della management.
